A judge has denied a request by Governor Eric Greitens’ defense team to have his felony trial moved up to early April from its May 14th date.
Lawyers for Greitens, who is accused of taking a picture of a woman in a state of undress without her consent, also want a judge – not a jury trial, which will be considered in arguments Monday.
