The Bill Pollock Show–#Mizzou basketball is basically Kim Anderson’s team that plays some defense (PODCAST)

January 22, 2018 By Bill Pollock

SEC teams have figured out Mizzou basketball 19 games into the season. Take away Kassius and Jordan’s ability to shoot three’s. Hammer Tilmon inside, get him in foul trouble and send him to the bench and then opposing teams only have to limit Jontay Porter, who can’t carry the team offensively on his own.

This year’s team looks like nothing more than Kim Anderson’s squad who can play defense. In fact, through six games in SEC play, Mizzou is averaging fewer points this year than they were in Anderson’s final season.

Most of you wanted to see Jacksonville in the Super Bowl, I don’t mind seeing Tom Brady go for his 6th championship. I think it’s good for the game.

I also talk Blues hockey with “Yeo, what’s up?” and my thoughts on trading Grichuk.
