Top Stories: Almost all of Missouri has received some snow overnight into this morning. Heaviest build-up is one-to-three inches in the central and western portions of the state, while accumulations in eastern Missouri are one-to-two inches. And Representative Bruce Franks Jr. has appeared on national TV to explain why he holds his fist in the air during the pledge of allegiance. Franks was a guest during a roughly five-minute segment of “Tucker Carlson Tonight” Friday, where he told the host he’s opposed to people in economically distressed communities being treated differently in America. He says veterans often tell him they fought for his right to express himself.
