Top Stories:  Several senior members of Missouri Governor Eric Greitens’ office have accounts with a secretive app that erases messages after they’re read.  The Kansas City Star reports that it determined the governor and some of his staff have an app on their cell phones that deletes messages and prevents recipients from saving, forwarding, printing or taking screenshots of messages.  It’s not known if Greitens and his staff are using the app for state business or campaign work.  And a U.S. Senate tax plan would make Missouri one of 19 states whose residents would collectively pay more in taxes by 2027 than they do under current law, according to Jeanette Mott Oxford with social welfare group Empower Missouri.
