Saint Louis University is now 3-and-3 on the season after a 65-51 loss to Western Michigan at Chaifetz Arena.  Javon Bass had 14 points to pace the Billikens, who were down one at the break before being outscored 42-to-29 in the second half.  Jordan Goodwin (6-of-10 FG) scored 13 points, grabbed a team-high seven rebounds and a game-high three steals. Jalen Johnson tossed in 10 points.

There were six ties and nine lead changes in the opening half. The Broncos took the lead 1.1 second remaining when Thomas Wilder sank two free throws for a 23-22 Western Michigan halftime lead.  WMU used a 19-3 run in the second half to pull away.

SLU is on the road Saturday against Butler.
