For the second game in a row, Michael Porter Jr. will not see significant playing time. After playing in just the opening minutes of the Tigers season opener on Friday, Porter Jr did not dress or participate in the pre-game warmups prior to the matchup with Wagner.
The team released an official announcement prior to tip.
“Michael Porter, Jr. is day-to-day, under evaluation by Mizzou’s trainers and doctors. He will not be able to participate in tonight’s game against Wagner.”
Mizzou’s next game is Thursday at Utah.
