Top Stories:  Missouri Governor Eric Greitens’ office says it hasn’t seen a feasible plan to restore budget cuts affecting some services for the disabled, which means a special session on the issue is unlikely.  Fellow Republican Senate President Pro Tem Ron Richard of Joplin had said earlier this week that lawmakers presented a potential plan to Greitens for reversing those Medicaid cuts but hadn’t heard back from the governor’s office.  And you’ll notice numerous MoDOT snowplows on Missouri roads today (Thursday), as the agency conducts its statewide winter weather drill.
