Top Stories:  14 people have been arrested after multiple St. Louis area police agencies partnered to target people seeking to purchase sex from potential human trafficking victims.  And Missourians who have not received their  state tax refunds yet should have them issued by Friday, according to a state Revenue Department spokesperson.
