Top Stories:  Columbia Mayor Brian Treece has joined 200 cities in the “Mayors National Climate Action Agenda”, a group which has vowed to keep promises in the Paris Climate Agreement on a local level after President Trump withdrew the U.S. from the accord.  And Missouri Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft will begin a statewide informational tour today about the state’s new voter ID requirements.
