Top Stories:  The Missouri legislature has passed a measure requiring state Senate approval of governor appointments to vacant county commissioner seats.  And Missouri Attorney General Josh Hawley will travel to Charlston this morning to get briefed from investigators about Friday night’s death of Mississippi County jail inmate Tory Sanders.
