Top Stories:  A St. Joseph man in western-Missouri has been charged with possession of child pornography after over 20 images were found on his computer.  And St. Charles Republican Tom Hannegan wants to make it illegal to discriminate based on sexual orientation or gender identity for things like housing and public restrooms.
