Bed bugs are causing problems at a motel in Branson. Since April, eight bed bug complaints have been filed against Midwest Inn on Highway 165.

The manager admits to having problems in the past. He says thousands of dollars have been spent on professional grade sprayers and heaters.
He also says they’ve thrown away old furniture and mattresses.
The health department says they best way to protect yourself is to pull back the bedding and check along mattress seams for bugs or blood spots.
