The funny and quirky observations from the first Presidential debate

The funny and quirky observations from the first Presidential debate

One Presidential candidate had the sniffles and the other candidate was promoting a book.  If you didn’t watch the debate last night you would guess it was Hillary sniffling and The Donald hawking a book…WRONG!

You’re going to listen to my podcast and you may be shocked to learn that the “sports guy” has some intelligent thoughts about the debate.  I’m not watching these debates as a politician, but in the frame work of a sports team and I dissect the game plan of both candidates.

If I had to put a score on this first debate, I’d call it a tie.

As far as sports, Cardinals fans, your team is still in the hunt for the wild card.  A 15-2 loss is not a death sentence, but long term there needs to be some big changes for this roster.

Mizzou fans, you’ve been giddy and excited about what the future holds for this football team.  Is the future here sooner than we expected?  We’re going to know by October 16 whether they are contenders for the East or if 2016 is a rebuilding year.

The Bill Pollock Show is a podcast that takes a radio morning show and condenses it down to ten minutes.  Thanks for listening.
