Running back Jamaal Charles is cleared to practice again with the Chiefs. The 29-year-old made his training camp debut on Tuesday after being on the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list for the first three weeks of training camp in St. Joseph. Charles is coming back from a torn ACL he suffered last year in week five.

Over his career, Charles has averaged over five yards per carry every season and is averaging 5.5 ypc.

Charles had 364 yards in five games in 2015 with four touchdowns.  He also had 177 receiving yards and another score.

The Chiefs hit the road Saturday to play the Rams in Los Angeles.
