The St. Louis Blues are headed to the Western Conference Final for the first time since 2001 and will be heading further west as this round progresses. The Blues will face the San Jose Sharks, with the winner earning a chance to compete for the Stanley Cup. The Western Conference Final opens at Scottrade Center on Sunday at 7 p.m.

The Sharks beat the Blues 3-1 on Feb. 4th and 6-3 on Feb. 22nd, both at Scottrade Center. The Blues then won on the road a month later, 1-0. Joe Thornton had three goals and two assists in the three games. Brian Elliott went 2-1 and started all three games against San Jose.
