Hot shooting Aggies take care of Mizzou

February 27, 2016 By Bill Pollock

Jalen Jones scored 20 and Danuel House added 14 points for Texas A & M, as the Aggies shot 52% for the game and beat the Tigers 84-69 Saturday afternoon at Mizzou Arena.  Jones and House were also the high scorers in the first meeting between these two teams.

The loss drops the Tigers to 10-19 overall and 3-13 in the SEC.

The score would have been much worse, but A & M emptied their bench and Mizzou finished the game on a 12-0 run over the final 2:30 of the game.

Tramaine Isabell scored 17 again to match his career high and lead Mizzou in scoring.  Ryan Rosburg had 15 points and sophomore point guard Terrence Phillips grabbed ten rebounds
