Tim Barnes talks about his two fumble recoveries

St. Louis Rams starting center and former Missouri Tiger Tim Barnes was a junior at Pettis County Northwest High School in Hughesville, Mo. the last time the Rams won a game in Seattle.  That was during the 2004 playoffs back in January of ’05.  The Rams beat Seattle for the second time this season with a 23-17 final.

Barnes came up with two fumble recoveries deep in Seattle territory just before Todd Gurley iced the game with a touchdown.

Barnes bailed out the Rams the first time after back Benny Cunningham converted a third-and-1 but fumbled it forward.  Barnes was able to take it away from Seahawks safety Earl Thomas. The second came after a Gurley run to Seattle’s nine, when the ball came out.  Three plays later, Gurley scored to seal the win.

Barnes recovered two fumbles in a span of three plays.
