Todd Gurley topped 1,000 yards rushing, and Case Keenum threw two touchdown passes in the first quarter while finishing with a perfect QB rating. The Rams offense, ranked 31st in the NFL, jumped out to a 21-3 halftime lead and gave fans a treat during a 31-23 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the final home game of the season.  Perhaps in the history of the franchise.

The Rams defense also stepped up and shut down Jameis Winston despite the rookie finishing with a career high 363 yards passing.  He was held to just a buck-twenty five through three quarters, but as the Rams backed off  with a 28-6 lead, Winston threw a pair of fourth quarter TD passes.

Gurley needed 25 yards and got 48 on 21 attempts to become the first Rams rookie to rush for 1,000 yards since Jerome Bettis, when the Rams were in L.A.

Tavon Austin also became the first player since Gale Sayers in 1965 to score at least four rushing touchdowns, five receiving touchdowns and one touchdown on a punt return in a season. He leads the Rams with 10 total TDs.
