Rookie running back Todd Gurley ran for 140 yards and two second-half touchdowns, as the Rams ended a five-game losing streak with a 21-14 victory over the Detroit Lions on Sunday at the dome.
Trumaine Johnson had a 58-yard interception return for the Rams and Aaron Donald had three sacks.
The Rams defense also held Calvin Johnson, who has been bothered by a bad ankle to just 16 yards receiving. Mark Barron finished with 11 tackles. Â Aaron Donald recorded three sacks.
Case Keenum was unflattering in his start at QB. Â He was 14 of 22 for 124 yards, 0 TDs and one INT.
