The Chicago Cubs are adding veteran right-hander John Lackey to their starting rotation.  Fox Sports reports the two sides agreed to a two-year, 32-million-dollar contract.  The deal is dependent on the 37-year-old passing a physical.  Lackey went 13-and-10 with a 2.77 ERA in 33 starts for the St. Louis Cardinals last season.
