Tommy Pham drove in two to help the Cardinals beat the Reds, 3-1, in the second of three at Busch Stadium.

Matt Carpenter had two hits and scored a run, while John Lackey picked up his 13th win with seven innings of one-run ball.

Steve Cishek grabbed his fourth save as St. Louis has won three straight.

Jay Bruce’s solo shot was the only offense Cincinnati would get. Reliever Sam LeCure was tagged with his second loss for the Reds, who have dropped three in-a-row.
