The Missouri Highway Patrol has issued an endangered person advisory for Gypsy (left) and Clauddinnea Blancharde.

The body of 48-year-old Claudinnea Blancharde was found Sunday evening after the state Highway Patrol had issued an endangered person advisory for her and her 19-year-old daughter, Gypsy. The Green County Sheriff’s Department says Claudinnea’s death is a violent homicide.

Gypsy has been found safe, reportedly in Wisconsin, with a person described as being “of interest” to law enforcement investigating the case.

Green County Sheriff Jim Arnott said graphic posts on Facebook helped them find Gypsy.

“That was one part of the many pieces of this puzzle that we utilized to get us to another state,” said Arnott.

Authorities are questioning the person of interest, but Arnott made clear that person is not considered a suspect.
