Home run by Robertson in the eighth inning leads Fatima to the Class 3 baseball title over Scott City

Scott City scored two runs in the bottom of the third to tie Fatima in the Class 3 championship game.  Both teams would trade zeroes into the eighth inning when Will Robertson broke the 2-2 with a solo homer.  Fatima held Scott City off the board in the bottom of the eighth to win the title.

In the third place game, Lutheran/St. Charles was clinging to a 3-2 lead of their own, until they erupted for four runs in the top of the seventh, beating Warsaw 7-2.

Class 1 semifinals.
Bell City topped Northwest (Hughesville) 11-1 in six innings and Atlanta beat Hurley 10-0 in six innings.  The third place game is Wednesday at 10:30, and the championship game is at 1:30.

Class 2 semifinals.

Valle Catholic plays West Platte at 4:30 and New Bloomfield faces Norwood at 7:00.
