Behind another dominating pitching performance from Lee’s Summit native Matt Hall, the Missouri State Bears clinched the Missouri Valley Conference regular season title, following a 2-0 win Thursday night over Bradley at Hammons Field.  Hall improved to 9-2 on the year and he leads the nation with 136 strikeouts.

Hall struck out 12 over his eight innings of work.  It was his sixth game in which he’s registered double digit strikeouts.

The Bears are now 39-10 after winning their 10th straight.  Missouri State earned the top seed at the MVC Tournament as they try to close in on hosting an NCAA regional spot.
