Actually, if you go back to the 2012 season, when the Missouri wrestling squad won the Big 12 tournament, the Tigers have won four straight conference championships.

The top ranked Tigers won the Mid-American Conference (MAC) Wrestling Championships  for the third consecutive season. They also set a new record with 139.5 team points for a MAC championship.

Five Mizzou wrestlers earned individual championship titles and each of the ten who competed have earned up automatic bids to the 2015 NCAA Wrestling Championships, March 19-21 at Scottrade Center in St. Louis.

Among the many highlights were a first in Mizzou wrestling history.  Redshirt senior Drake Houdashelt, of O’Fallon, Mo. won the the 149 pound MAC championship and he became the first Tiger to win four conference championships in his career.
