MSHSAA to delay start of state wrestling on Saturday by 1 hour because of weather

Due to inclement weather and possible slick travel conditions, the 2015 MSHSAA Wrestling Championships will be delayed on Saturday (2/21/15).  All events with the championships will be delayed one hour to allow for better traveling conditions to the arena.

The following table will outline the updated times for tomorrow’s activities:

8:30 a.m. Will Call Opens
9:00 a.m. Scales Open to Check Weight
9:30 a.m. Weigh-ins Begin (Wrestlers to Holding Area Section 205-206 before 9:30 a.m.
9:30 a.m. Coaches meeting in Section 111
10:00 a.m. Admission gates open
11:00 a.m. Wrestling Begins (4th Rd Wrestlebacks and 3rd/5th Place Bouts)
4:00 p.m. Gates open for Championship Session
5:00 p.m. Finalists March
5:30 p.m. Championship Bouts begin
