ESPNU’s David Pollack said this morning that no school is better at developing talent than Missouri. Often out of the top 10, many times the top 20 when it comes to experts rating incoming recruiting classes, Gary Pinkel and his coaching staff has always coached up the perceived incoming talent of freshman at Missouri.
Eight of the signed commits through the mid-morning of National Signing Day are from the traditional footprint of the SEC. When the day is over, 1/3 of the Tigers’ recruiting class will be from SEC states. The Tigers landed the top prospects in the states of Kansas (OL A.J. Harris) and Illinois (DT Terry Beckner), along with Missouri (QB Drew Lock).
