The date for Governor Jay Nixon (D) to deliver his annual State of the State address has been announced. His speech to the state legislature will be given at 7 p.m. Wednesday, January 21.
In the State of the State, the governor lays out his legislative and economic priorities for the year and presents his recommended budget for the fiscal year that begins July 1.
The State of the State will be streamed live on the state’s website, and Missourinet will be covering the Governor’s address.
