Indiana answered the Tigers score with a long drive of 16 plays, 75 yards, taking 5:22. 11 of those plays came on the ground and the whole drive was without their top running back Tevin Coleman.

The Tigers wasted no time tying the game. After an 11 yard pass, Hansbrough busted off a 68 yard touchdown run, giving up 110 yards on two big runs while the rest of the offense had managed just 92.

After a three and out, the Tigers were able to grab their first lead of the game at 17-14, on a 27 yard field goal by Andrew Baggett capping off an 11 play drive that started at the Mizzou 21.

Indiana ties it up at 17-17 with a 23 yard field by Aaron Del Grosso to end the half.
