Georgia (1-0) was picked to finish second behind South Carolina at the SEC media days in July, but the Bulldogs blew out then-No. 16 Clemson 45-21 on Aug. 30 behind Todd Gurley’s career-high 198 rushing yards and four touchdowns.

South Carolina was blown out 52-28 by then-No. 21 Texas A&M, ending an 18-game home win streak, while debuting on the SEC Network. Last weekend, they had trouble putting away East Carolina in a 33-23.
