How they voted: the House overrides veto of gun legislation

The state House has overridden Governor Jay Nixon’s veto on Senate Bill 656, gun legislation that allows anyone with a concealed carry permit to openly carry guns even in spite of local ordinances prohibiting it, and requires creation of a training program for teachers who could be allowed to carry guns in schools.
