On Mizzou’s second drive of the game, they took advantage of a short field, starting at Toledo’s 45 and going four plays to jump on top 7-0. Russell Hansbrough went up the middle for 16 yards, virtually untouched for the score.

Toledo answered with a 38 yard touchdown run from Kareem Hunt. A call right up the middle, as the Toledo o-line to spring him to the second level. Tied 7-7 with 4:05 left in the first half.

Mauk came out firing on first down and Darius White for a 50 yard completion on the enusing possession. He capped off a quick five play drive with a seven yard pass to White as Mauk scrambled to his right and dumped a pass to White who was left alone in the endzone.

After a three and out by the Rockets, the Tigers took over inside their own 20. Mauk was picked off at the 40, but on Toledo’s return, Bud Sasser striped the ball and Jimmie Hunt recovered giving the Tigers the ball at the nine. That turnover marks the 46th straight game that Missouri has created a turnover.

Mauk was 7 of 12 with a touchdown and an interception.  White has three catches for 59 yards.
