The Kansas City Star reports that authorities say Ramy Demboski was found with her biological mother.

She was reported missing after a woman visited the child’s father’s home claiming to have vehicle problems. The woman used the bathroom, was given water and was allowed to make a phone call. When she left, the child was missing.

Other children said Ramy was seen in the vehicle with the stranger.

Ramy’s stepmother said Ramy’s biological mother had stopped by the house in recent weeks to take the girl against court orders.
