A Kansas City man attacked his attorney in a Jackson County courtroom this week, prompting a delay for the second time in two days of his trial for a 2011 triple murder. The Kansas City Star reports 49-year-old Derek T. Hubbard’s trial might now start Monday, without him.
Hubbard is accused of killing his girlfriend, her cousin and the cousin’s wife in east Kansas City.
