Pagesix.com is reporting that Bob Costas got his infamous case of Olympic pink eye from botched Botox, according to a source. Apparently Costas went in for a little touch up before his Sochi TV appearance. The website quoted their source as saying, “Bob’s eye infection was due to botched Botox. This isn’t the first time he’s had it.”
Doctors say it is rare to contract an infection from a Botox injection, unless there was contamination or the patient suffered an allergic reaction.
NBC denies the report. A spokesperson from NBC Sports said, “This has zero truth to this. Zero.”
