Four people have been charged in connection to the discovery of 95 meth labs in trailers on property west of the southern Missouri town of Mountain Grove.

Authorities say on Saturday they found 87 functioning labs in one trailer. A 2-year-old child was found near several labs. That child is now in state custody.

49-year-old Alan Gasperson, 24-year-old Zachariah Lambert, 25-year-old Amber Mayberry and 20-year-old Colt Lambert are all charged with attempt to manufacture a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture meth as well as various other charges.

Members of the South Central Drug Task Force were concerned about the possibility of an explosion and wore breathing masks while working at the scene.

Authorities say more arrests are possible.
