Heavy rains on top of snow in Southwest Missouri is posing a flash flood risk, especially near Vichy, Lebanon, and to the Galena line.
The National Weather Service in Springfield reports low water crossings may flood due to runoff from rainfall and melting snow. Motorists are urged to be cautious of rising water levels on area creeks and streams.
