Washburn at Central Missouri
WBB – #8 UCM 68, WU 57
#8 Central Missouri held Washburn to just .377 shooting from the field as they picked up a win at home. UCM shot .400 on their own as they stayed perfect in league play at 5-0 on the year.

For the Jennies Keuna Flax had a double-double with 23 points and 10 rebounds. Shelby Winkelmann had 18 points and Revonnia Howard added 10 rebounds. For the Ichabods Taylor Ignoto led the way with 18 points and Kara Lee had 15 points and seven rebounds. Brittney Lynch added 10 points and pulled down seven boards.

MBB – UCM 77, WU 63
Central Missouri scored 19 points off turnover adding eight fast break points as they defeated Washburn at home. UCM shot .492 from the field and hit seven three pointers as they moved to 4-1 in the league.

For the Mules TJ White led the way with 12 points while pulling down six rebounds. Charles Hammork had 11 points while Daylen Robinson and Jon Gilliam added 10 points each and Ryan Donald had nine boards. For the Ichabods Alex North finished with 16 points and had seven rebounds. Kyle Wiggins had 10 points and Leon Flowers added six boards to the effort.

Emporia State at Lindenwood
WBB – #3 ESU 81, LWU 66
#3 Emporia State shot .462 from the field as the picked up a in on the road at Lindenwood. ESU shot .500 from the three-point line while not allowing LWU a make from beyond the arc as they moved to 5-0 in the league.

For the Lady Hornets Kionna Kellog had a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds and Merissa Quick added a double-double with 12 points and 11 boards. Laura Patrick led all scorers with 22 points while Rheanna Egli had 17 points on the night. For the Lions Caroline Bourlioux led the way with 17 points while Jenny Rocha added 14 points and four rebounds. Kassidy Gengenbacher and Marissa Lehnig each added 11 points in the game.

MBB – LWU 76, ESU 63
Lindenwood shot .479 from the field as they picked up a victory at home over Emporia State. LWU hit 26 free throws as they moved to 3-3 in the MIAA this season.

For the Lions Tyler Ressel had 16 points and pulled down six rebounds and Garrett Reeg had 14 points and pulled down seven boards. Darris Smith had 11 points and Logan Jaehnen had 10 points and seven rebounds. For the Hornets Terrence Moore led the way with 16 points and six rebounds. Kaleb Wright had 15 points and Gavin Brown added 12 points for the game.

Nebraska-Kearney at Missouri Western
WBB – MWSU 55, UNK 46
Missouri Western scored 19 points off of turnovers as they picked up a win at home over Nebraska-Kearney. MWSU Held UNK to just .209 shooting as they moved to 1-4 in the MIAA.

For the Griffons it was a team effort as Lanicia Lawrence and Sharniece Lewis led the team with eight points each. Tiara Hall led the team on the glass with 13 rebounds on the evening. For the Lopers Nicole Arp led the way with eight points while Alexa Hogberg and Sydney Seberger each had seven points. Shelby Zimmerman had double digits on the glass with 10 rebounds.

MBB – MWSU 89, UNK 82
Both teams shot over .500 percent but Missouri Western knocked down 26 free throws to win at home over Nebraska-Kearney. MWSU shot .538 from the field as they moved to 2-3 in the MIAA this season.

For the Griffons Ryan Devers had 35 points and pulled down six rebounds. Cortrez Colbert added 15 points and Dareon Jones had 11 points and six boards. For the Lopers Mike Dentlinger had 25 points and pulled down nine rebounds. Davion Pearson had 13 points and Tyler Shields added 11 points on the night.

Fort Hays State at Southwest Baptist
WBB – FHSU 93, SBU 66
Fort Hays State scored 53 second half points as they picked up a win on the road at Southwest Baptist. FHSU scored 27 points off of turnover as they moved to 2-2 in league play.

For the Tigers Kate Lehman had a double-double with 18 points and 11 rebounds. Chelsea Mason led all scorers with 20 points while Nikola Kacperska had 13 poitns and Taylor Chandler added 11 points. For the Bearcats Jacqui Zelenka finished with 18 points and nine rebounds. Mackenzie Skupa had 12 points and Morgan Lucy added 10 points in the ballgame.

MBB – FHSU 91, SBU 72
Fort Hays State scored 30 points off of turnover as they picked up a win on the road at Southwest Baptist. FHSU shot .493 from the field as they moved to 2-3 in league play.

For the Tigers Andrew Victoria had a double-double with 18 points and 11 rebounds and Carson Konrade finished with 17 points. Craig Nicholson had 13 points and Dwayne Brunson added 12 points on the night. For the Bearcats Rashaad Brown-Peterson had 13 points and pulled down seven rebounds. Preston Guiot and Desi Barmore each finished with 11 points in the game.

Pittsburg State at Lincoln
WBB – PSU 76, LU 64
Pittsburg State shot .466 for the game as they picked up a win on the road at Lincoln. PSU forced 19 LU turnovers as they moved to 3-0 in the league this season.

For the Gorillas Lizzy Jeronimus led the way with 16 points and eight rebounds. Cathy Brugman added 12 points and Alex Muff finished with 10 points on the night. For the Blue Tigers Jennifer Rosado had 19 points and four rebounds. Quiessence Price had 15 points and six rebounds and Hunter Yoakum added 10 points.

MBB – PSU 87, LU 72
Pittsburg State shot .578 from the field as they picked up a victory on the road at Lincoln. PSU also shot .545 from the three-point line as they moved to 1-2 in league play.

For the Gorillas Devon Branch and Jake Bullard each finished with 16 points on the evening. Josiah Gustafson, Sam Pugh and Denton Hays added 10 points each. For the Blue Tigers Mike Smith had 18 points and Aaron Spudich had 10 rebounds. Mario Bass and Robert Hopkins each had 10 points in the game.
