I was told that the reason the Missouri Tigers were late in getting to Atlanta on Friday was due to an FAA official at the Columbia airport and not the weather. There was some concern with weight and balance, but after re-checking, the Tigers were allowed to take off. With their late arrival, the Tigers passed up on going through their walk-through yesterday afternoon. Some of the players walked the field upon their arrival to the Dome at 2:00 p.m. local time.
