MO native on Thanksgiving greeting video from the International Space Station

November 28, 2013 By Mike Lear

Missouri native Colonel Mike Hopkins is spending his Thanksgiving holiday away from family … about 260 miles away, above Earth on the International Space Station.

Hopkins and fellow engineer Rick Mastracchio filmed a video talking about life on the Space Station during the holidays. They also offer a menu for the Thanksgiving dinner they will share among the 6-person crew.
