Florida tried but came up short against South Carolina. Georgia could have made it a little easier for Missouri, but let Auburn sneak off with a win. So now, the SEC Eastern Division championship rests solely in the hands of Mizzou. They must win at Ole Miss and then beat Texas A & M.

Ole Miss racked up 751 yards of offense, including nearly 400 yards on the ground in a 51-21 win over Troy. The one stat that concerns me…the Rebels are 19th in the nation at passing.

The Texas A & M game is the one I think (like most fans), is going to be the tougher of the two. A & M has only lost to Bama and Auburn. The fewest points they’ve scored is 41…they’re averaging 49 per game. However, up to this point, those two lossess were against the only two ranked teams they’ve played. A & M plays at #22 LSU and then comes to Columbia on the 30th.
