Ole Miss hosted Arkansas with a 34-24 win. Bo Wallace threw for over 400 yards with a pair of touchdown passes. Ole Miss outgained the Razorbacks (3-7) by over 200 yards.
The more I watch Johnny Manziel, the more I’m impressed. This Mizzou game against the Aggies on November 30th is going to be a real shootout. If James Franklin comes back from the Ole Miss game, healthy and sharp, it’s going to be a crazy finish to the 2013 regular season.
Alabama scored the last 21 points of the game en route to beating LSU 38-17 on Saturday evening in Tuscaloosa. LSU tied the game at 17-17 early in the third quarter before Alabama put together a 14-play scoring drive that ended with a T.J. Yeldon four-yard touchdown run. The Tide added two more scores in the fourth quarter to win comfortably.
Auburn handled Tennessee at Neyland Stadium, and the Tigers won 55-23 on 444 rushing yards. QB Nick Marshall carried 14 times with 214 yards and two scores, while Tre Mason carried 20 times for 117 yards and three scores from the tailback position. Marshall threw the ball just seven times. That won’t work against Alabama.
