Missouri Basketball freshman guard Wes Clark was named the Southeastern Conference’s Freshman of the Week after his collegiate debut last Friday vs. Southeastern Louisiana, where the Detroit, MI native scored 13 points, seven rebounds and four assists without committing a turnover in 26 minutes vs. the Lions.
Clark scored 10 of his 13 points in that opening half and finished the night a perfect 3-of-3 from three-point range. Clark has not committed a turnover in his last 54 minutes of game action, which dates back to the second half of the exhibition-opening win against Oklahoma City on Oct. 25 at Hearnes Center.
Mizzou is back in action Tuesday night when they face Southern Illinois at Mizzou Arena.
