Cardinal pitchers gave up four home runs including two by Adrian Gonzalez as the NLCS will go back to St. Louis following the Dodgers 6-4 win Wednesday afternoon.

The Cards rallied for two runs and four hits in the ninth against closer Kenley Jansen, starting with Matt Holliday’s bloop double to lead off the ninth. The Cardinals got singles from Matt Adams, Jon Jay and Pete Kozma. Jansen also struck out the side and ended the game by getting Adron Chambers looking with the tying run on first base.

Joe Kelly, the Southern California native, gave up two runs in the second before solo shots by Adrian Gonzalez and Carl Crawford. Kelly went five innings, giving up seven hits and four runs.

Zach Greinke worked out of a bases loaded jam in the first, but gave up two runs in the third on a triple by Carlos Beltran and double by Matt Holliday. Greinke finished seven innings to get the win.

Clayton Kershaw and Michael Wacha are the projected starters for game six.
