Mizzou’s Boehm talks about finishing games (VIDEO)

October 3, 2013 By Bill Pollock

Six games came down to the final possession last season for the Missouri Tigers and they lost three. This season has been different. The Tigers were in close games against Toledo and Arkansas State late in third quarter before pulling away with decisive wins.

“FINISH” was on the back T-shirts at the beginning of fall camp. That hasn’t been the issue. It’s been starting slwo that is cause of concern for me. I talked with center Evan Boehm on what the team learned from last season’s late game melt downs and to get his thoughts on why the team is starting out slower than what we’re used to seeing.
