I saw this article a couple of weeks ago on Yahoo.com. A youth football league in Sacramento is fining and suspending coaches who allow their teams to score 35 points or more during games. I’m glad this idiotic policy hasn’t crept into Missouri youth football programs. At least I don’t think it has?
