On this week’s Mizzou preview, Brent Foster from the Jefferson City News Tribune joins me to discuss the flawed targeting rule, slow starts, special teams and a must win for the Tigers. Even though this is week one of SEC play, the Tigers have Georgia, USC and Florida following. The fan base will be disgruntled if Mizzou is 4-4 heading into the final four games of the season.
We believe the Tigers have the talent to beat Vandy on the road, but not if they have to play catch up. Slow starts worked against Toledo and Arkansas State, but will be deadly in SEC play.
