Mizzou fans get glimpse of three SEC opponents on opening night (VIDEO)

Ole Miss rallies late in a see-saw battle to beat Vandy, 39-35

After Vandy QB Austyn Carta-Samuels connected with Steven Scheu for a 34-yard score up the left sideline with just 2:54 to play, Jeff Scott’s 75-yard run for the Rebels, finished off Vandy. Both squads went for over 400 yards of total offense on the night, with Ole Miss finishing with 489, including 206 rushing yards.

#6 South Carolina opens with a 27-10 win over North Carolina

QB Conner Shaw, his first pass attempt of the season goes 65 yards to Shaq Roland. Later in the first, USC’s second quarterback Dylan Thompson hits on his first and only pass attempt for a touchdown…29 yards to Kane Whitehurst.
