Tigers trained angry for this season (VIDEO)

August 28, 2013 By Bill Pollock

Starting left guard Max Copeland enters this season with a chip on his shoulder and felt the offensive line deserved better than what they gave themselves last season.  While there were plenty of low moments for the line last season, Copeland says it’s what they learn from it and how they grow that will define how successful they are this season.

There was a scare late last week, when new center Evan Boehm was seen in a walking boot. He had the boot on again at Media Day on Monday, but said he has practiced and will start on Saturday after having Copeland step on his left foot. The team doctors and trainers designed a boot that Boehm will wear to protect is foot.
