Kim English is heading to Italy to continue his professional basketball career. The former Detroit Piston, who was released last month after one season in the NBA, has signed with Montepaschi Siena, an Italian powerhouse.  Siena has won the Italian League seven years in a row. That is a “dinastia,” for sure.

English averaged 2.9 points and 0.9 rebounds in 41 games with the Pistons. During his senior year at Mizzou, English did well under first year coach Frank Haith, averaging 14.5 points and 4.2 rebounds.

Yesterday on Twitter, English had a simple message.

Ciao!
